Millipedes
Millipedes are long, segmented insects with many small legs and are often found in damp environments such as gardens, mulch, and under rocks. They are common in Salt Lake City, Park City, Heber, Kamas, Midway, Sugarhouse, and surrounding areas. While millipedes are not harmful to people or structures, they may enter homes in large numbers when outdoor conditions become too wet or dry.
