Earwigs

Earwigs are small brown insects with noticeable pincers at the end of their bodies. They are commonly found in moist environments such as gardens, mulch, and around foundations. Earwigs are frequently seen in Salt Lake City, Park City, Heber, Kamas, Midway, Sugarhouse, and surrounding areas, where they may enter homes through small cracks while searching for moisture and shelter. Earwigs are especially active during warmer months in Utah and often hide under rocks, mulch, and outdoor debris during the day
